We are here 24 hours/day, 7 days a week to help you with any of your clients emergency care needs. If you are planning on sending one of your clients to us, please call ahead to discuss what your patient may need. We can give you an idea of the cost of treatment so you can better inform your client prior to arriving at our facility. You can download a Vet Referral form and fax it in, along with the medical record and any pertinent lab results to (207) 878-0829.
Please let us know how and when you would like us to communicate the progress of your clients pet with you. We typically fax a copy of the completed medical record after the pet is discharged from the hospital. If you would like us to send more frequent communications or if you would like a daily phone call, please let us know. We are open to working with you to provide the best possible care for your client’s pet. If you have any questions or concerns, we want to hear from you.
